Cleannie is a house-cleaning service platform operated by Mahy Group LLC (“Cleannie,” “we,” “us”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Local Cleannie routes may be run by independent entrepreneurs. They may receive the customer details needed to fulfill home visits. Day-to-day service questions usually go to your local route; privacy questions about the Cleannie platform can go to us using the contact below.

Depending on how you use Cleannie, we may collect:

• Account details — name, email, password, role (customer, entrepreneur, cleaner), and profile info you provide.
• Contact & service details — mobile phone number, service address, home/access notes, square footage, bed and bath counts, and visit cadence.
• Visit & payment data — visit status, completion proof photos, skip/no-access records, and payment information processed by Stripe (we do not store full card numbers on Cleannie servers).
• Communications — SMS/text content we send or receive (for example visit reminders and SKIP replies), plus related delivery logs.
• Technical data — basic device/browser and usage data needed to run and secure the website and app.

We use personal information to:

• Create and manage Cleannie accounts
• Schedule, route, and fulfill house-cleaning visits
• Send service-related SMS (visit reminders, status updates, review requests, and replies such as SKIP confirmations)
• Confirm completed work with proof photos and bill after a visit is complete
• Process payments and prevent fraud
• Provide customer support and improve the Cleannie platform
• Meet legal, security, and compliance requirements

We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent or buy phone number lists for marketing blasts. We do not share, sell, or rent mobile phone numbers to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Cleannie collects affirmative SMS consent when you provide a mobile number on account signup (or when updating your phone in account settings) and check an unchecked-by-default consent box. The live opt-in flow and exact disclosure language are documented at hicleannie.com/sms.

If you consent, you agree to receive transactional and service texts from Cleannie about your house-cleaning service. These may include:

• Visit reminders with a SKIP option
• Status updates after a completed visit
• Review or referral links related to completed service

Message frequency varies based on your visit schedule. Message and data rates may apply. Reply SKIP only cancels an upcoming visit — it does not unsubscribe from SMS.

Opt out: Reply STOP to any Cleannie SMS to unsubscribe from Cleannie texts. You may also update or remove your phone number in your Cleannie account settings where available. Reply START to resubscribe after opting out.

Mobile phone numbers are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional use. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchasing house-cleaning service where other contact methods are available, but a mobile number is typically needed for visit reminders and service coordination.

We may share information with:

• Local Cleannie entrepreneurs and cleaners as needed to complete your visits
• Service providers that help us operate Cleannie — including hosting, SMS delivery (such as Twilio), and payments (Stripe)
• Authorities when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security

Providers are only given what they need to perform their services for Cleannie.

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including service history, legal, and accounting needs, then delete or de-identify it when appropriate.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

• Update account profile details in Cleannie
• Reply STOP to opt out of SMS, or HELP for help. Reply SKIP only cancels an upcoming visit.
• Request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by contacting us (subject to legal retention needs)

Cleannie is intended for adults arranging house-cleaning service. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy as Cleannie grows. The effective date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
